On 8 March 2025, AUPE Credit Co-operative (ACC) marked a momentous occasion—our 60th anniversary—with an unforgettable Dinner & Dance. Held under the theme “Honouring the Past; Shaping the Future,” the evening paid tribute to our rich history while celebrating the exciting journey ahead.

We were honoured to have Minister of State, Mr. Alvin Tan, as our Guest of Honour, who shared his insights and encouragement as we continue our mission of serving our members.

Reflecting on this milestone, our Chief Executive, Mr. Sanjeev Tiwari expressed, “As we celebrate 60 years of dedication and service, we take great pride in honouring the legacy of those who came before us. Their contributions have shaped who we are today. At the same time, we embrace the future with renewed commitment—striving to grow, innovate, and continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of our members.”

A special moment of the evening was the transition of leadership, where we expressed our deepest appreciation to our outgoing Chairman,
Mr. Yeo Chun Fing, for his years of dedicated service. At the same time, we warmly welcomed our new Chairman, Mr. Jefry bin Mohamad, who will lead ACC into the future with vision and purpose.

We also took the opportunity to recognise our long-serving members, whose dedication and contributions have been instrumental to our co-operative’s success. In addition, we expressed our gratitude to our valued partner, Institute for Financial Literacy (IFL), for their unwavering support in promoting financial education to our members.

This year’s celebration was even more special as it coincided with International Women’s Day, a day to honour the achievements and contributions of women, as well as the holy month of Ramadan, a time of reflection and togetherness. The evening embraced the spirit of inclusivity and appreciation, ensuring that all members and guests could celebrate meaningfully.

The night was filled with nostalgia, camaraderie, and celebration—featuring a delightful dinner, engaging performances, and an exciting lucky draw.

As we reflect on six decades of growth and commitment, we remain dedicated to shaping a brighter future for our members and the community.
